The Main mode of transport is road, the total length of roadways in the block is 179 Kms. (approx) with pucca road about 112 km (app) & Kutcha road about 67 Km. (approx) in length.
Road Links:- Shillong Balat Road is the main road in the block connecting almost all the villages in the block, there is a road junction from Weiloi to Mawkyrwat which connects some of the villages in the block, there is also a road junction from Mawsynram to Lawbah upto Ryngku connected villages of Phlangmawsyrpad, Lawbah, Ryngku, Hatmawdon and Thyllaw gram Sevak circle.
